Terra Chip Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 pack chicken cutlets
  • 6 Tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 12 Tablespoons chummos
  • 1 large bag terra chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Place oil in a pot, add garlic and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Spread chummos onto both sides of cutlets.
  4. Dip into crushed chips.
  5. Place into a baking pan, and spoon the garlic mixture over cutlets.
  6. Bake on 375 uncovered for 20 minutes.
