Ingredients
- 1 pack chicken cutlets
- 6 Tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 Tablespoons chummos
- 1 large bag terra chips, crushed
Instructions
- Place oil in a pot, add garlic and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread chummos onto both sides of cutlets.
- Dip into crushed chips.
- Place into a baking pan, and spoon the garlic mixture over cutlets.
- Bake on 375 uncovered for 20 minutes.
