Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- sesame oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Remove Chicken from marinade and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut into thin strips and serve over sesame noodles.
