Fancy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 pound chicken cutlets
  • sesame oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Remove Chicken from marinade and sauté for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Cut into thin strips and serve over sesame noodles.
