Ingredients
- 1 11 oz. pkg. Farfel
- 3 T. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic or onion powder
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 1 quart water
Instructions
- In a 3 quart saucepan, brown farfel in oil for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 20 minutes over low heat or until water is absorbed.
